Monday we started the bread section. It's pretty cool. I made baguettes, irish soda bread, ciabatta, sweet potato brioche, croissants, pan au chocolat, banana bread, lots of other things too.
Tuesday we start petit fours! I'm so excited for that. I'm not excited for the bread written/practical.
